These beautifully hand-crafted timber aromatic dressing bowls by Simon Begg are made from responsibly sourced Camphor Laurel and are perfect for blending pure essential oils & carrier oils.
Aromatic dressing bowls are commonly used morning and night to combine your favourite essential oils with a carrier oil, before applying to the body. This process, known as 'aromatic dressing', is best done straight after bathing or showering when the pores of the skin are still open. Alternatively, use a dressing bowl to blend oils for application to feet, chest, back etc. when unwell and needing to apply oils regularly throughout the day.
It must be said that timber and essential oils are simply made for each other. The unmistakable smell of pure essential oils being blended in the rich smelling Camphor Laurel bowl is just amazing. Each bowl has been finished using a wax friction polish and can simply be wiped out after use (if desired), or left with any residual oil in it for use next time.
If you are looking for a unique gift for a fellow oil-lover, or simply want to have your own timber dressing bowl for personal use, then we highly recommend these bowls.
