Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially in the lead up to holiday periods or during sale events), shipments may be slightly delayed but we will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during these times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.
We offer two premium parcel shipping methods being Australia Post eParcel Standard and Australia Post eParcel Express. Australia Post offers an extensive delivery network that covers all Australian addresses (including PO Box addresses) with all orders tracked* and requiring signature upon delivery (unless otherwise instructed by you). NOTE: If you provide authority to leave, we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels.
We reserve the right to select a different shipping method depending on order specifics. This is generally only required for large and heavy orders where it may be more economically viable to use the services of a road freight courier.
*A 'Letter Post' option may be available at checkout on orders where the items being purchased would generally be categorised as letter size for postage purposes (e.g. labels). This option is low-cost and economical, but does not provide parcel tracking or signature on delivery. Items are sent in a rigid mailer envelope to prevent damage.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the size, weight and the shipping address postcode and are displayed during the checkout process. We endeavour to keep our rates as low as possible while providing you with a reliable 'signature on delivery' service and sending well packed orders to ensure they arrive intact (especially when sending glass). For a shipping quote, use our shipping calculator within the shopping cart. Note: When our online store is closed for holidays, our shipping options/calculator will be disabled and shipping quotes will not be available.

Pickup is available weekdays from 9.30am - 2.30pm from our store at Unit 5, 36 Pradella Street, Darra Qld 4076.
We will contact you via email or SMS to advise when your order is ready for collection.
The 'Pickup' option will only be shown at checkout if your postcode is between 4000-4693. Postcodes outside of these regions will not be be presented with a Pickup option at checkout. If you are visiting from outside of the local region and would like to pickup your order, please contact us via email (email@example.com).
We offer shipping to New Zealand. Rates can be calculated during the checkout process prior to paying for and confirming your order.
